ARE SWEETIE SIPS SAFE?
Sweetie Sips™ were carefully designed, and the materials used for our pouches are made from premier food grade materials, and are BPA, PVC, lead + phthalates free and safe for your little Sweeties.
We are proud to say Sweetie Sips™ reusable pouches are Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) tested, compliant and certified! We believe in transparency. You are welcome to read more about our responsible manufacturing practices here. In addition, we share detailed information as to the certified testing requirements our products go through and pass to ensure they are safe for your little sweeties.
USAGE
Wash before use.
Secure pouch cap, turn upside down and open zipper.
Fill pouch with a spoon or spouted cup to your desire, not exceeding the 6 oz guideline.
To close, gently hold the filled pouch in the middle with one hand and use your other hand to press and squeeze the zipper shut tightly.
After use, remove cap and rinse both well.
Either finish rinsing with soap and warm water or place pouch on top rack of dishwasher.
Be sure cap and pouch are fully dry before storing.
Use the Sweetie Sips bag for easy storing!

Freezer safe
Do not microwave, instead, thaw in warm water
Do not store pouches until fully dry to ensure bacteria and mold growth will not be present. Be sure to dry both the cap and pouch fully before storing.
If food has dried in your pouch or you are having trouble cleaning, fill the pouch with water and let soak for awhile, then insert a bottle brush or standard sponge for a thorough clean

Returns are only valid on items that are defective or in brand new, unused condition. No exceptions.
LIMITED WARRANTY & CLAIMS
Please carefully read over your product bag to ensure correct and careful care for Sweetie Sips pouches. We stand behind our product by offering a lifetime warranty, limited to correct usage.
Warranty covers the following:
Broken product seal or replacement due to leakage
Shipping related damages or issues
Any occurrences unnatural out of the normal usage category, please follow the directions below and submit a claim explaining your concern
Warranty does not cover the following:
Be reminded our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cuts, rips, or damage due to incorrect usage.
Stolen or lost products are not covered under the warranty.
To file a warranty claim, please visit the "Contact Us" page and fill out the form using the "Warranty Claim" as the reason for your support inquiry. We will contact you to speak further with you and resolve the issue.
Under no circumstance, whether a breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or strict liability theory will Sweetie Sips be liable from consequential or incidental damages allegedly caused any Sweetie Sips product. Any warranties provided by Sweetie Sips are limited to the strict terms demonstrated above and related to the limited lifetime warranty.

In no event, regardless of cause, shall Sweetie Sips be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising under breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether based on this agreement or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sweetie Sips reusable pouches are recommended for babies 6 months of age and up. The pouch cap must be kept out of reach of children under 3 and children must be supervised at all times when using this product.
